At Russell Corporation, we understand that the protection of your personal information is important, and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible visiting this site and all sites of Russell Corporation and its affiliates ("Russell" or "we") that are linked to this site (collectively referred to as "Russell Sites"). This Privacy Policy will tell you what information we collect, how we protect it and what choices you have about how that information is used. We urge you to read our Privacy Policy so that you will understand both our commitment to you and your privacy, and how you can participate in that commitment.

The following Articles make up our Privacy Policy. We hope that reading them gives you a clear idea of how we manage information regarding you. For immediate access to a particular topic, click on the title of that Article.

ARTICLE 1
Personal Information We Collect

At Russell, we collect the following information about you:

  1. From time to time, we may conduct on-line surveys, sweepstakes, contests and other promotions which will gather information about you, your likes and dislikes and other information. In general, none of these will be required and you can simply ignore them, if you so chose.
  2. If at any time you choose to contact Russell through any of the Russell Sites, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
  3. We collect information about you and your use of the Russell Sites through the use of cookies. "Cookies" are small computer files that we transfer to your computer's hard drive that allow us to know how often someone visits the Russell Sites. By showing how and when guests use a site, cookies help us see which areas are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the Russell Sites are based on such data as total number of visitors and pages viewed. This information is most easily tracked with cookies. We use the information gathered by cookies to provide services better tailored to our users' needs. Sponsors and advertisers may also use cookies when you select their advertisement; we are unable to control their use of cookies or how they manage the information they gather.
  4. The Russell Sites may also collect IP addresses for system administration, security, and statistical analysis purposes. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer whenever it is connected to the Internet. We may log these addresses and analyze them to understand where users originate so that we can provide the best services, ensure appropriate usage of the Russell Sites, and produce traffic volume statistics.

ARTICLE 2
Disclosure and Use of Your Information

Except as set forth in this paragraph, Russell will not ever disclose to any third party information it gathers from you which could be used to identify or contact you ("Personal Information"). In the following limited circumstances we will consider, and may release, Personal Information to third parties: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others. We also provide Personal Information to our vendors and suppliers where it is necessary for them to provide us with products and services related to operation and maintenance of the Russell Sites. We will require that these third parties not further use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than providing us or you with products and services. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their compliance with these restrictions.

Russell may provide information about you which does not allow you to be personally identified or contacted ("Aggregate Information") to third parties. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of users of our site and the activities they conduct while on our site. We might also inform a third party (that may or may not be an advertiser on our site) that "60% of our users live west of the Mississippi" or that "25% of our users log on regularly from work." Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not charge for this information.

ARTICLE 3
Your Privacy Choices

As discussed above, we use cookies to track certain information. YOU ARE ALWAYS FREE TO DECLINE OUR COOKIES, IF YOUR BROWSER PERMITS, OR TO ASK YOUR BROWSER TO INDICATE WHEN A COOKIE IS BEING SENT. You can also delete cookie files from your computer at your discretion.

When you choose to contact Russell through any of the Russell Sites you may be given the option of receiving recurring informational/promotional emails from Russell and/or third parties. You may opt out of receiving these emails when you provide your personal information.

ARTICLE 4
How Russell Handles Privacy Internally

Russell wants your Personal Information to remain as secure as reasonably possible. On the technical side, we have firewalls and separate servers for personal data. On the employee side, only authorized Russell employees are permitted to access your Personal Information. All Russell employees must abide by our Privacy Policy and those who violate our Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

ARTICLE 5
Children

Protecting privacy of the very young is especially important. Children should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before disclosing any information on line. For these reasons, Russell does not collect or maintain information from those users we know are under eighteen years of age.

ARTICLE 6
Updating Your Personal Information and Contacting Russell

You can always contact us in order to (i) delete your Personal Information from our systems and (ii) update the Personal Information that you have provided to us by emailing us at retailmarketing@russellcorp.com.

While our general commitment to your privacy will not change, we may change various details within this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to the Russell Sites or otherwise notifying you of changes. Your use of the Russell Sites constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy or any revised policy, please exit the site immediately.

Further, Russell does not endorse the content of any third-party web sites. Russell does not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you might be requested to give any third party, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against Russell with respect to such sites. IN NO EVENT SHALL RUSSELL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT [INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE], OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

Remedies under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Russell from and against any liability, claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred as a result of your use of any of the Russell Sites in violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
